In the management process of middle school education and teaching, the innovation and development concept is paying more and more attention.At present, with the continuous development of China’s education department, we also attaches importance to the development of innovative development concepts in education work.In the process of innovative development concept, it is necessary for relevant workers to face up to the new situation of development, study some new problems and create a new environment and formulate a new order for the whole education.Under the concept of innovative development, the concept of middle school development will improve students’ inner growth and development and personal comprehensive ability. Therefore, the current innovative development concept is of great help in the management of middle school education and teaching.
