To compare intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements before and after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) with a femtosecond laser for flap creation using ocular response analyzer (ORA) and Goldmann applanation tonometry, and to identify factors that may influence the preoperative and postoperative IOP.
