Cyber warfare is a serious and largely unacknowledged threat facing most developed nations. Though canada is proud to be a global leader in communication technologies, and its public and private sectors are increasingly reliant on having access to cyberspaces, these systems are vulnerable to attack and infiltration from foreign nations.
