A system integrating qualitative and quantitative factors has been outlined in arder to establish a hydrodynamic division of the territory. Such a system considers -from a qualitative point of view- the final destination of the discharge (exorreism, endorreism, arreism), the seasonalíty of the discharge (occasional, seasonal, perennial) and the type of prevailing regime. From a quantitative point ofview the author used morphometric values and parameters, obtained from mapping analysis, aerial photographs and remate sensing.
