To estimate the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) 3b - 5 stages and the newly diagnosed sustained reduction in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <30 ml / min / 1.73 m2 in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) in real clinical practice, as well as the features of their anticoagulant therapy.
