The text reviews the work Contra o Juízo: Deleuze e os herdeiros de Spinoza organized by Ester Heuser, with a preface written by Gonzalo Montenegro. The book is organized in four parts: “Juízo e Tragédia”; “Os Herdeiros de Spinoza”; “Contra o Juízo: a Luta de Nietzsche, Lawrence, Kafka e Artaud” and “Existência Contra o Juízo”. It provides a crucial debate bewteen Deleuze and the so-called heirs of Spinoza. With a dynamic methodology, the main writers who oppose the doctrine of judgment are presented, in a line that brings immanence as a motivation for the literary, artistic and philosophical activity.
