The individual characteristics of a psychological process that affects individuals in acquiring, consuming and receive goods and services as well as experience. The individual characteristics are internal factors (interpersonal) that drive and influence the behavior of individuals. Performance agricultural extension is a reflection of the implementation of tasks in carrying out the process of extension educator at a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine how relations characteristic farmer extension on the performance of agricultural extension in Simpang Mamplam Bireuen district.
