Comparative evaluation of rivaroxaban (main group, n=37) and enoxaparin (control group, n=29) safety in thromboprophylaxis at closed lower extremity bone fractures treatment was performed. All patients were operated on at terms from 8 to 12 day after injury using external fixation devices.
