Analysis and systematization of data on various methods for conservative and surgical treatment of different forms of shoulder deforming arthrosis is presented. Detailed characteristics of various treatment techniques for the elements of shoulder joint in its different pathology is described. Complex approach to the treatment of such pathology will enable to achieve better clinical and functional results in this group of patients as well as to improve their life quality.
