The problem of the lack of the Basic Law of the RF the rights of employers in the workplace. Analyzes the current russian legislation, in particular the provisions of the Labour Code of the RF and the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offences of the RF. There is debate about whether the constitutional rights of employers, in which the author comes to a positive conclusion based on the principle of equality before the law.
