Epididymis cysts are a widely spread pathology of the men’s reproduction system. Ultrasonographic examination is the main thing in the diagnosis of spermatocele. The ultrasonic symptoms of the seminal cyst are the anechogenic formation in epididymis, round which the sections of hypervaskularisation are not identified.
