It was shown in investigations on rats that introduction of aminoglycoside antibiotics or fluoroquinolone, included into erythrocyte or leukocyte carriers in pyelonephritis, decreased amount of leukocyte accumulation centers in kidneys increased or normalized the level of enzymes in the organ, excretory function of kidneys, impaired immunometabolic parameters.
