The article are presented results study of some immunological activities in the patients with peptic ulcer associated with different culture of Helicobacter pylori. They are established the reduction of phagocytic activity of neutrofils and IgG, disbalances of subpopulation of T-lymphocytes (increasing CD4+ and decreasing CD8+) in blood of the patients with peptic ulcer associated with toxigenic culture of Helicobacter pylori. It is revealed the increasing of level of proinflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL- 1β, IL-8 and INFγ) and antiinflammatory cytokines IL-4, IL-10, transformed growth factor β1 (TGF- β1) strongly pronounced at the patients with peptic ulcer associated with toxigenic culture of Helicobacter pylori.
