In the article, a clinical case of posterior uveitis with peripheral choroiditis of sarcoid etiology is described, where the ophthalmic lesion turned up to be the first sarcoidosis manifestation. A posterior uveitis with its choroidal granulomas in comparison with an anterior uveitis is less frequent but more spectacular for the diagnosis of this disease.
