The author describes the structure of the Saki mud bath, gives a brief account of the physiological action of the mud on the body, and gives the resultsvery positiveof treating neuralgia, polyneuritis, and meralgia with the Saki mud. In the treatment of syphilitic lesions of the spinal cord and its membranes, mud baths can serve as a very useful adjunct to specific therapy.
