Guests: Dr. Khomyakov, Shibkov, Tushnov, Golovin, Perimov, Nikolskaya and about 50 outsiders, ch. arr. students.At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman prof. V.P. Osipov delivered a speech in memory of prof. Caesar Lombroso, briefly describing his activities in psychiatry and anthropology; at the suggestion of the chairman, the memory of Lombroso was honored by standing up.
