Spectral analysis is the most informative method of investigation of the heart sound symptomatology, which allows obtaining additional information about the state of cardiovascular system in patients with coronary heart disease. The purpose of this work was to study changes in the frequency-amplitude composition of heart tones in response to dosed physical exercise and informativeness of these changes in patients with myocardial infarction of different severity of clinical course of the disease.
