Simultaneous combination of abscesses of epiglottis, lingual tonsils and acute subclavian laryngitis with the development of acute laryngeal stenosis in elderly patients against the background of respiratory-viral disease is extremely rare. We present our own observation, which is of undoubted interest for otolaryngologists.
