In the treatment of schizophrenic patients with complex depressive-paranoid states, various combinations of neuroleptics and antidepressants are widespread, but the tactics of their use have not yet been sufficiently developed. We compared the regression of psychopathological symptoms and the results of therapy in three clinically homogeneous groups of schizophrenia patients with different order of administration of thymoneurolepsy components.
