The examination of 20000 patients revealed coincidence of by the ultrasonic and preliminary diagnosis in the diseases of hepatopancreatobiliary system in 35,2% of the cases, urinary system in 64,4% of the cases thyroid gland in 90,7% of the cares. The practical importance of the ultrasonic investigation is determined by the study quickness, . the method has no side effects to doctor or patient, it can be repeated to control the changes of the disease course, to estimate the efficiency of medical measures, timely diagnosis of complications.
