Twenty modem war participants who have had a mild brain trauma in Afganistan war were engaged in 7,000,30 year follow-up study. The basic vegetative state, regulatory brain system function, emotional state (MMPY, Scmiscek-Litman test, Spilberger questionnaire) were investigated in the follow-up study. The increase of nonspecific brain structure dysfunction clinical characteristics: suchas vegetative dysfunction with elevation of sympathetic activity and emotional shift to depressive and hypochondric disturbances was found.
