Medical glove drains are often used during abdominal surgery. The insertion of such drains is sometimes difficult due to their slipping out of the abdominal cavity after pulling out the cornea (forceps). To facilitate the insertion of rubber drains into the abdominal or pelvic cavity we use the following technique.
