Two instructive cases of this kind are reported by L. Dinkin. In both previously used without benefit a variety of means, and with the appointment of bicarbonate of soda (3 times a day by a tablespoon) hives quickly disappeared; returns after that were, but with the appointment of food poor in salt began to make less and less, until, finally, did not cease completely.
