In the present report, we will dwell on the description of several cases of septic heart lesions, in which we used polyvalent anti-streptococcal serum in high doses, and share observations on its action. If this serum has been successfully used and is used by many people for rye, postpartum fever and some other septic lesions, in endocarditis it is used very rarely, and the available literature data on this subject speak mostly not in favor of such treatment.
