Vygotsky ("To the problem of the psychology of schizophrenia". Council, neuropath., Psychiatrist. And psychogig. Vol. I, issue 8. 1932) sees the closest reason for disturbed thinking in schizophrenia in the termination of contact with the outside world, which means at the same time the termination of that specific social contact with oneself, which underlies the normal functioning of the individual.
