In our last communication (Geltzer and Yunusova) for serodiagnosis of syphilis, we proposed an alcoholized suspension of sp. pallida. In previous studies (Geltzer and Popov, Geltzer and Sushkova) with a number of antigens from sp. pallida (alcoholic extract from sp.pallida according to F. Klopstock'y, carbolized suspension of sp.pallida according to Gaelitgen'y, suspension of sp.pallida in saline NaCl and formalized suspension of sp.pallida), it turned out that, although such antigens are They are more sensitive than organ extracts usually used in WaR, but nevertheless, due to some disadvantages, they are not very suitable for wide practical use.
