Dr. V. E. Goncharenko reported a case of pregnancy in a double uterus. Pregnancy, about 6 months, took place in an acute uterine horn, while another developed a hematometer. The vagina was also double, and one sleeve, into which the pregnant uterus was opened, was passable, while the other was atresized and turned into hematocolpos. In view of the patient's complaints of severe pain and the possibility that the hematometer and hematocolpos of the non-pregnant side would interfere with subsequent childbirth, in this case, an operation was performed, and first the hematometer was amputated per abdomen, and then the hematocolpos was closed per vaginam. Subsequently, the patient was safely resolved on time.
