Bowel diseases occupy a large place in the clinic for diseases of the digestive organs. The resulting disturbances in the digestion and absorption of nutrients can be caused not only by direct disorders of the intestinal function, but also by associated, secondary disturbances in the activity of other parts of the digestive tract.
