One of the promising directions in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis with elements of bacterial sensitization (pre-asthma) and infectious-allergic form of bronchial asthma is the timely implementation of specific treatment with bacterial allergens (specific immunotherapy). Its effectiveness in bronchial asthma is 49-72%, with predastma 81,489,0% [1, 5].
