The biomicroscopic method of vascular examination is widely used in the study of various pathological conditions. The object of the study is usually the microvessels of the nail bed and the conjunctiva of the eyeball. Due to special advantages (preservation of physiological conditions, accessibility of the object of study, differentiation of all departments of the microvascular bed), the method of biomicroscopy of conjunctival vessels is increasingly being used. For this purpose, slit lamps, modified capillaroscopes, optical blocks of microscopes are usually used.
