The problem of miscarriage is one of the most urgent in modern obstetrics. The versatility of the etiology and the ambiguity of the pathogenesis in each individual observation make it difficult to solve it. Sometimes practical doctors "give up" when solving problems to preserve pregnancy. According to modern requirements, only a comprehensive solution to the problem can bring success.
