The existence of multiple primary malignant tumors (PMT) is currently beyond doubt. The most common descriptions of a combination of stomach cancer with malignant tumors of the breast, uterus, bladder and skin. The rarity of the combination of gastric cancer with cancer of the cecum and rectum and the difficulty of diagnosis prompted us to share our observation.
