In 91 patients with pneumoconiosis, myocardial contractility was studied according to the results of X-ray cardiometry and instrumental research methods. The data obtained indicate that the use of X-ray functional stress tests contributes to the earlier detection of latent heart failure in patients with pneumoconiosis.
