The peculiarities of the health state of 90 children being bom premature of III degree are studied. The control group involved 90 children being mature in birth, of the same age, selected on the para-copy principle (sex and age). From the data of improved examination the high sickness rate, frequent psychical and behaviour disorders, retardation of physical development are revealed among children aged up to 14 with prematurity of III degree in birth.
