The efficiency of sublingual specific immunotherapy with everyday allergens of 112 children with respiratory allergoses bronchial asthma and preasthma is studied. Its high efficiency is shown: persistant clinical remission of the disease is achieved in 88,4% of the children accompanied by the decrease of sensitization and hypersensitivity of the organ pertaining to shock to allergens and normalization of bronchial permeability.
