K. Lange (Zentrlbl. F. Chir. 1929, No. 36) with unclear and severe cases of abdominal bleeding attaches great importance to the Klenkampff symptom: a pronounced sensitivity of the abdominal wall to percussion with almost or complete absence of tension of the abdominal wall.
