Kadisch (Dermat. Ztsch. A. comes to the conclusion that fungi are cultivated best of all on alkalinity media Ph = 7, 2-7.6, the diameter of the colonies with it is the largest, the type of culture can be determined on the basis of the difference in the alkalinity of the nutrient medium.
