Assn. S.I. Afonsky reported the results of his experimental studies on the effect of proteins on the heart, carried out in the Physiological Laboratory of Kaz. Vet. Institute. The reporter experimented with an isolated frog heart by passing through it chicken egg protein, Kahlbaum's egg albumin and milk in solutions of various concentrations. In the report's debate prof.
