Al. Cohn u. L. Abraham conducting his experiments on mice. The resulting culture of gonococci on Le-Vinthalʹya medium was washed off with saline and injected intraperitoneally in an amount of 0.3 c.cm.At the same time, treatment began, for which purpose various medicinal substances were also injected intraperitoneally in known concentrations in an amount of 0.5 cc.
