E.V. Loshkarev (Klin. 1Med., 1926, No. 4), tracing the changes that are observed in this disease in white blood cells, found that the most characteristic of them is a drop in eosinophilia during seizures, with an increase in the number of eosinophils in favorable periods, and a similar change on the part of lymphocytes.
