New method of thoracoplasty for lung tbc Alexander (Ann. of surgery, 1925, № 5)

Alexander (Ann. Of surgery, 1925, No. 5), on the basis of his own and literary material, comes to the conclusion that the main cause of high mortality after paravertebral thoracoplasty in pulmonary tbc is postoperative pneumonia both on the operated and non-operated sides.
