Effect of syphilis on lung tbc. P. A. Volkov (Sov. Med. In the North Caucasus., 1926, No. 4)

PA Volkov (Sov. Med. In the North Caucasus., 1926, No. 4) observed an interesting case of pulmonary tbc in a patient with long-standing (7 y.) Syphilis, where tbc proceeded in a benign form, with a predominance of the fibrous process, and where mercury-salvars therapy had a very beneficial effect not only on lues, but also on tbc.
