The mechanism of external respiration and gas exchange in sportsmen ECG stress test are studied. It is established that adaptation of the cardiorespiratory , system to the increasing load in groups of sportsmen of different age is going through various ways. In groups of teenagers and adults aged 3660 it occurs through pulmonary ventilation, in sportsmen aged 2236 it occurs as a result of the increase of the oxygen use ratio, and in groups of youths by the activation of gasotransportation system
