The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of artificial lung ventilation on cardiac stroke volume, minute volume, and central venous pressure in newborns and children under 1 year old operated on for various surgical pathologies. Thirty-three children aged from 1 day to 1 year were examined. All patients were divided into 3 groups according to their age.
