. The efficacy of trypsin and chymotrypsin in the complex therapy of perifocal pneumonia in patients with central lung cancer was studied. The use of enzymes has an anti-inflammatory, sputolytic effect and facilitates the diagnosis (finding atypical cells in sputum) of lung cancer.
