In recent years, in the USSR, active immunization against scarlet fever has become very widespread. In the Russian literature, a huge amount of material is given in the works of Korshun and Spirina, where the authors indicate that the disease with scarlet fever in the vaccinated is reduced by 10-16 times compared with the unvaccinated.
