Surgery 1904, No. 85.Congenital umbilical urinary fistulas can be of two types: 1) in the form of a thin tube that flows into the apex of the bladder and 2) in the form of a cone-shaped extension of the bladder, and the walls of this cone have a sufficiently developed muscle layer and capable of contraction.
