Surgical observation: On the surgical treatment of small bowel strictures

Even less studied syphilitic strictures, most of which were found on the sectional table, have acquired a surgical interest in the last time. 5 cases of them were operated on (1 case belongs to the author) - 4 with intestinal resection and 1 (the author's case} by enteroanostomosis. Regarding the type of operative procedure, the author speaks in favor of the undertaken name. The patient was operated on with 2 strictures of hypertrophic-inflammatory character, but a different (probably tubercular) origin.
