Infant death rate is concerned with general amount of indicators of social-economic and cologie conditions of life. The basic causes of unfavourable tendencies of perinatal death rate are placental deficiency, unbearing of pregnancy, low mass of body in birth, revivification mistakes in connection with diagnosis difficulties and insufficient professional skill of physician and the absence of perinatal centres. The methods, aims and organization forms of the regional perinatal service are proposed.
