The dose loads obtained by participants of the Chernobyl accident liquidation are given according to the authors calculations. In the interval of smag. doses (1 50 sSv) of external irradiation the equivalent tissue dose for gonads may be equal to 0,5728,60 sSv; for red bone marrow 0,6934,60 sSv; for thyroid gland 0,6331,60 sSv. In emergency works the multifactor action on an organism occurs: radiation, radiogenic stress, unusual weather and climate conditions, unfavourable action of individual protection measures.
